You can perform the 2 Workouts within that timeframe at your box. We will then review your performance and check if you fulfilled the standards. The best 10 men and 10 women in each division qualify for the finals in Lucerne.
The best 10 men and 10 women fight for a place on the podium. The athletes will perform a competition called "every second counts". Be prepared for everything!
You can complete the two workouts between the 22nd of September and the 2nd of October at your home gym. You need to upload a video of yourself completing the workout and we will review it. The best 10 women and men in each category will be invited to compete at the finals 2023 in Lucerne.
...and that is meant literally. You collect seconds over several final workouts. The goal should be to collect as less seconds as possible. The person with the fewest seconds wins the title Swiss Fitness Challenge Champ 2023.
All workouts are "for time" workouts, but don't be sad: we are creative and you should be prepared for everything. So get ready to lift some weights, prepare your conditioning and practice some skill work.
